Book your call

During this call, we will discuss your look and style, and help you choose seasonal flowers in your color palette. We will then prepare a detailed, customized estimate for your wedding flowers. It helps to see the look you are trying to create, so we will exchange inspiration photos either before or during the call.

Review your estimate and book your date

Once you receive your estimate (usually within 48 hours) open it and view the itemized breakdown.  Email to request any necessary revisions to help achieve style and budget goals.  Place your deposit, either through the PayPal portal or via check, Venmo, etc.

Email with any changes as the date approaches

Feel free to email, text or call with any changes or revisions.  We can schedule a Zoom, call or in-person meeting to go over any revisions as the wedding date approaches.

The wedding day is here!

We are a full-service florist, and specialize in custom installations, so you are in the BEST hands on your wedding day!  On the day of the wedding, we typically arrive while you are finishing hair and make-up.  We deliver the personal flowers, then start setting the ceremony floral.  Once the ceremony floral is perfect, we then set the reception decor.  Some weddings will have floral flipped from the ceremony to the reception.  We can provide staff to help move those items, once the ceremony is over.  At the end of the night, our team will return to break down any floral items, and remove rental equipment (candles, glassware, stands, etc.,), and any flowers that you do not wish to keep.
